Brief: To create realistic scale card replicas of various Thermofisher scientific equipment

ThermoFisher asked us to design and create various scientific models that they could use for promotional events.
Working with a colleague, we designed and developed the die-lines to create accurate scaled models. Working with the die-lines I designed realistic artwork in adobe illustrator.
The cardboard replicas used special print processes such as 3d relief print, neon colours and Spot UV to make elements such as digital screens really come to life. Our client was delighted with the results and commented on how realistic they looked.
Each model has a VFC tag built into it, when scanned it would take you to the relevant information and tech specs of that specific model.
The models have been so popular that we have shipped them all over the world from the Netherlands to Japan.
